vpasheader0311During the monthly PRE-AIM conference call with Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (CDSME) Local Coordinators, April Holmes, DARS Coordinator of Prevention Programs, announced that there were almost 5,000 workshop completers since April 2010 when DARS received the first grant to offer CDSME.

When Cheryl Shull, Administrative Specialist, entered data from three recent workshops, the total was 5,021, earning VPAS CDSME the “golden dashboard” award. It is exciting to note that 911 of these completers attended 101 VPAS workshops and 430 persons completed workshops in the current grant year. Thank you for your support of CDSME!
