Former Keydet catcher Matt Winn ’15 has been named to the South Atlantic League All-Star rosters for the game Tuesday, June 21, according to information released by the league earlier this week.
Winn, who has played in 32 games for Augusta since being sent to the Class A affiliate in late-April, is hitting .233 in those contests. He was named the SAL Player of the Week May 2 – May 8, when he hit .474 (9 for 19), and he is one of four Augusta GreenJackets named to the squad.
