The 30-minute interview covers a number of topics, starting with how Fernandez broke into the business. He was recruited by Captain Redneck Dick Murdoch while playing football at West Texas State.
“I didn’t want to be a wrestler. Wrestling came to me at West Texas State,” said Fernandez, who also talked about his match with Invader III in Puerto Rico shortly after the murder of Bruiser Brody, and his preference as far as being a heel or a face.
