UVA women’s basketball coach Joanne Boyle to miss Longwood game

UVA women’s basketball head coach Joanne Boyle will miss tonight’s game against Longwood (Dec. 16) due to a personal matter. Boyle is away from the team as she finalizes the adoption of her daughter.

Associate head coach Kim McNeill will assume the head coaching duties in Boyle’s absence.

Boyle is expected to return for Virginia’s game against Saint Mary’s on Dec. 19 or the game against Howard on Dec. 21.
