uva footballSeason tickets for UVA football’s 2016 six-game home schedule will be on sale for renewals and new buyers beginning Monday, Feb. 29. The season ticket renewal and priority ordering deadline isSaturday, April 30.

Virginia’s home schedule features new coach Bronco Mendenhall’s debut on Sept. 3 against Richmond. The home slate includes dates with Central Michigan (Sept. 24), Pittsburgh (Oct. 15), North Carolina (Oct. 22), Louisville (Oct. 29) and Miami (Nov. 12). The Pittsburgh game is the annual Homecomings contest. Kickoff times will be announced at a later date.

“I’m grateful for the support of our season ticket holders,” Mendenhall said. “We consider all of our fans to be part of the Virginia football family. They will play an important role as we collectively work to build a consistently success football program and make Saturdays in the fall at Scott Stadium the place to be!”

Virginia returns 38 total lettermen, including seven starters on offense, six starters on defense and its punter, for the 2016 season. The Cavaliers return four All-ACC honorees: safety Quin Blanding, linebacker Micah Kiser, running back Taquan Mizzell and punter Nicholas Conte.

Season tickets are offered at five price levels based on seating location at Scott Stadium: $300, $280, $250, $200 and $160. A payment plan option is available for all five price levels that spreads out payments for up to three months.
