Contributors

Timberville Broadway Senior Center Advisory Council met Thursday, Sept 19th.

Thirteen council members, staff and seniors were able to attend.

We were pleased to welcome Delores Reid to the meeting. Delores is interested in helping VPAS start a MOW route in the Lacey Spring area. She is working with local churches to find volunteers and financial support for this route.

HR RD Beth Bland presented an update from VPAS in regards to the finances, evaluating transportation and a possible fundraiser.

There have been some staffing changes at TBSC in the past 6 weeks or so. Jennifer Hamlin, TBSC Senior Center Assistant, submitted her resignation in order to take a full time job. TBSC will miss Jen and wishes her all the best!
