Three arrested in Aug. 24 robbery

Three men have been arrested in connection with an Aug. 24 robbery that Waynesboro police are calling a botched attempt to purchase crack cocaine.

Arrested were Darnell Eugene Reynolds, 24, Calvin M. Smith, 33, and Paul David Foster, 33, all of Waynesboro. All three have been charged with one count of robbery and one count of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

All three suspects are being held without bond in the Middle River Regional Jail.
