The World According To ChrisGraham.com: They keep playing the same broken record

Chris Graham

We’ve been at this for 10 years now. Maybe in another 10 years Waynesboro will develop some common sense and realize what the Wayne Theatre project is.

It’s called economic development, folks. Just like they did over in Staunton with Blackfriars. Hell, just like we did here in Waynesboro at the Town Center, and before that the Wal-Mart that we let flood the southwest corner of our city in return for a relative few part-time jobs.

I get it. Waving the bloody shirt on the Wayne is loads of fun if you’re one of those golfing goomers on our City Council who can’t think of anything better in a jobs strategy than “let’s wait for 10 entrepreneurs to show up.”
