Waynesboro City Council appears to be ready to move forward with phase two of the long-delayed downtown-streetscape project.
The move is significant, AFP editor Chris Graham tells us in today’s edition of The Rant, because it is a sign that City Council is ready to put some of the building blocks in place to get the city moving forward.
