Editor Chris Graham talks with Harrisonburg attorney Gene Hart about the open 26th House District seat representing Harrisonburg and Rockingham County in the Virginia House of Delegates. Hart’s name has been mentioned as a possible candidate for the seat. Hart was the Democratic Party nominee in the 26th in 2009.
