Transition Staunton Augusta is hosting a talk on “Local Food and More: How We Can Prosper During the Great Recession,” a community conversation on the economy, on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 7 p.m. at the Staunton Public Library.
The event is the final in a series on peak oil and the economy and the beginning of a new venture aimed at writing a citizens’ economic development plan for the Greater Augusta area.
The talk is open to the general public.
