James H. Campbell, 81, died at the scene of the 7:41 p.m. crash in the 1000 block of Little Calf Pasture Highway.

A 2017 Toyota Corolla was traveling south on Route 42 when it crossed the center line and struck a northbound 1984 Ford pickup truck. The impact of the crash caused the pickup to run off the right side of the road and overturn onto its roof.
