Lumos Plaza in Downtown Waynesboro will be closed beginning Friday at 4 p.m. through Sunday at noon for the 2019 Chili Blues N’ Brews Festival.
The Waynesboro Police Department requests all vehicles be moved off Lumos Plaza by 4 p.m. Friday.
Vehicles not moved by this time are subject to be towed.
