Steve the Magic Guy in the Children’s Hour

Contributors

The Wayne Theatre Alliance presents magician Steve the Magic Guy at this month’s Children’s Hour. The 6 p.m. show will be held at Blue Ridge Christian Fellowship at 329 W. Main St. in Downtown Waynesboro.
Steve Pittella (aka Steve The Magic Guy) is a jolly vision of moving color as he performs non-stop, every moment filled with whimsical antics that produce excitement and laughter in his audience, both little and not so little. His special performance combines comedy, magic effects, trained birds and balloons in joyous merry-making.

Pittella learned his skills on the boardwalk of Coney Island. For the past 35 years he has taken his wonderful antics to delighted audiences at such notable venues as Radio City Music Hall and New York’s Town Hall. He starred in his own video “Trip in a Hot Air Balloon” for Fisher Price’s “Terrific Trips” video collection. His skills have been tapped as a magic consultant for dozens of professional children’s theatre productions as well as Off-Broadway shows. Steve’s website is www.stevethemagicguy.com.

The March Children’s Hour is supported by a special grant from the Waynesboro Exchange Club.

Seating is limited. A small admission fee of $2 for children and $3 for adults will be charged. Tickets are available at the door or by calling 943-9999.
