Staunton Police seek public help in locating missing senior

kay thompsonStaunton Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing adult, Kay Meyerhoeffer Thompson, of Staunton.

Thompson is a 63-year-old white female. She is approximately 5’7” tall, 180 lbs. with gray hair and blue eyes.

Thompson was last seen in the 11:30 a.m. to noon time frame on June 24, leaving her work in the 100 block of MacTanly Place in the city. She was operating a teal 2000 Honda civic bearing Virginia Registration #HOM-175. It is possible that she could be in Amherst County or Bedford County. A picture of Thompson is attached below.
