Staunton Police seek information on hit-and-run

The Staunton Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a hit and run that occurred Saturday night on Chestnut Street near the intersection of Cherry Street.

At approximately 11:38 PM a dark blue or black, full size truck possibly with a brush guard struck the fence and mailbox at 2209 Noon Street, causing significant damage to the property.
