The estimated six-month time frame on the $1.5 million project to install a new 18-inch sewer line along Central Avenue from the Wharf to Pump Street in Downtown Staunton is now looking more like a 10-month effort, city officials said Monday.
The city engineering department will conduct a public meeting at 6 p.m. Monday to talk about the project and to take questions from business and residential owners affected by the project work.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall.
