Sen. Warner, Anne Holton, Del. Spruill to campaign for Hillary Clinton

Chris Graham

hillary clintonToday, U.S. Sen. Mark Warner, Anne Holton, and Delegate Lionell Spruill Sr. will visit churches in Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads, and Richmond on behalf of Hillary Clinton.

They will discuss Clinton’s plans to tear down the barriers that are holding neglected communities back and build ladders of opportunity in their place. In the afternoon, Spruill will speak about his support for Clinton at the 50th Annual NAACP Freedom Fund Celebration in Suffolk.

These events follow the endorsement of the majority of the members of Virginia’s Legislative Black Caucus last week, who cited her commitment to issues ranging from criminal justice reform to job growth and building on the Affordable Care Act.
