ms. virginia senior americaHometown Kilmarnock resident Rebecca Tebbs Nunn is Ms. Virginia Senior America 2016.

Nunn was crowned queen at the 2016 Ms. Virginia Senior America Pageant on July 14th in Falls Church, and will represent Virginia at the Ms. Senior America Pageant in Atlantic City October 18-20.

Eight well-deserving contestants competed in four categories for this year’s title.  Nunn’s effort in the talent category was a performance of her dramatic presentation of Portia’s pleading to Brutus from Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar.

Nunn, currently serving as Vice Mayor of Kilmarnock, is a honors graduate of Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia. A well-traveled author with four published novels, Nunn is a highly-regarded actress who has performed in many venues from radio and television commercials and dinner theatres to community theatre. She continues to teach and directs community and children theatre.

The Ms. Virginia Senior America Pageant Program is honored and eager to introduce Ms. Nunn to the National audience as the 2016 Virginia representative.

Information on the Ms. Senior America Pageant can be found at senioramerica.org.
