Raw continues to struggle: Viewer numbers down again

Chris Graham

wweWWE Monday Night Raw viewership was down 12 percent this week against two Monday Night Football games.

The show, headlined by WWE Universal champ Kevin Owens facing former WWE champ Roman Reigns in the main event, drew 2.69 million viewers.

Last week’s Labor Day show drew 3.069 million viewers, which itself was down significantly from the last pre-football Raw two weeks ago (3.413 million viewers).

None of the three hours drew above 3 million, with the high being 2.833 million for hour one. Hour three cratered all the way down to 2.520 million.

The IWC loves Owens as champ, but it would appear that the Owens era is going to be short-lived with few outside the hardcore set buying the KO reign.
