Pelosi, Schumer outdraw Trump on his big night

Chris Graham

tvDonald Trump drew a 28.1 rating and 45 share for his nationally-televised speech making the case for a border wall Tuesday night.

Which, good ratings, good enough for the second-best political speech of the night, to the tag team of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.

The Democratic response drew a 29.3 rating and 47 share.

Both of those numbers, incidentally, higher, than Trump’s.

So. Much. Winning.

Trump did out-draw Pelosi-Schumer on CBS, which we will no doubt be reminded of on Twitter in 3 … 2 … 1 …

The sound you hear, in the distance, is Mark Burnett, thinking out loud: “Shutdown Apprentice.”
