Opening Ceremony Night at Virginia Sports Hall of Fame & Museum

va sports hall of fameThe Olympics are right around the corner and The Virginia Sports Hall of Fame is commemorating the festivities with its Opening Ceremony Night at the Museum on August 6 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A fun mixture of activities will take place, including an “Around the World” basketball competition, Olympic-themed crafts, individual and team challenges, as well as an Olympic viewing area. Class of 2014 Inductee and gold medalist LaTasha Colander Clark will speak at the event and will be available for autographs and photo opportunities.

Admission for the event is $7, while military and seniors receive $1 off and museum members are $5. All activities are included with admission.
