Norfolk Police investigating Friday-night shooting that left a teen dead

Norfolk Police are investigating a late-night shooting on Friday that left a teen dead.

John E. Daughtry III, 18, of Norfolk, was killed in an 11:50 p.m. shooting on the 5100 block of East Virginia Beach Boulevard.

As detectives continue to investigate this homicide, they encourage anyone with information to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip using the P3Tips mobile app.
