NASCAR: Richmond races moved to Sunday due to Hanna

The Sprint Cup and Nationwide races at Richmond International Raceway this weekend have been moved to Sunday due to the impending arrival of Tropical Storm Hanna.

The Emerson 250 Nationwide race had been scheduled for tonight. It has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday. The Chevy Rock & Roll 400 Sprint Cup Series race scheduled for tomorrow night has been moved to Sunday at 1 p.m.

Track parking lots will open at 7 a.m. Sunday. The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series garage will open at 8: a.m. Sprint Cup Series Hospitality, Suites, Pit Stop Club and Green Flag Zone will open at 8: a.m. Sprint Cup Series TORQUE Club guests will also enter at 8 a.m. Grandstand gates for the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race will open at 10 a.m. Sprint Cup Series Pre-Race pit pass access is from 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

The Nationwide Series garage will open at 3 p.m. Nationwide Series TORQUE Club and Suite guests will enter at 5 p.m. Grandstand gates for the Emerson Radio 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race will open at 6 p.m. Nationwide Series Pre-Race pit pass access is from 5–6:30 p.m.
