Morgan Griffith applauds USDA Rural Development grant for Wise community facilities

Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement after the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development announced a total of $3,000.00 in grant funds awarded to the Town of Wise.

“This Rural Development investment will support the Wise Public Works Department’s efforts to improve sewer utilities. The awarded grant funds will be put towards the purchase of a new, properly equipped, service truck and bed for the town’s sewer department.”
