The Richmond Police Department is attempting to locate a missing 16-year-old.
RahJe’ Vincent Deans was last seen on March 17 at 1224 E. Brookland Park Boulevard in Richmond.
RahJe’, who by RJ, Ricky and Fat, was last seen wearing red pajamas. He also has braces. He has a birthmark on his back, and medical conditions that require medication that he does not have with him.
