Mick Foley: Not re-signing with WWE?

Chris Graham

MICKsquaredMick Foley’s WWE legends deal is coming up, and WWE has offered him an extension. But it doesn’t look like Foley is going to re-sign with the company.

In an interview with a Charlotte, N.C., radio station, Foley broke the news that he doesn’t plan to re-up with WWE.

The reason: compensation for the use of his likeness in WWE video games.

“I don’t think they did the right thing by the guys with the video game. The check was a little low,” Foley said in the interview.

So, the bottom line is the bottom line, basically.

“I don’t see the upside to signing the Legends deal when the carrot isn’t there dangling. So, I’m not going to sign my Legends deal,” Foley said.
