vmiThe Campbell University men’s soccer team broke open a close game with five second-half goals Wednesday to defeat visiting VMI 6-0 in non-conference action.

Campbell scored 4:15 into the contest, as Gabe Parrish knocked in a rebound from Thibaut Jacquel. VMI keeper Broden Schull made five saves before intermission to keep it a one-goal game.

The Keydets (0-6) travel to Philadelphia, Pa. Wednesday for another non-conference game at Saint Joseph’s University.
