Gov. Bob McDonnell this afternoon delivered remarks at the Grand Opening of the Bon Secours Redskins Training Center in Richmond.
Recent data shows that the team supports 1,832 jobs in the state, directly and indirectly and generates nearly $200 million in economic activity in Virginia while providing $9.8 million annually in state and local tax revenue.
McDonnell was joined at the event by Redskins great Joe Theismann, Mayor of Richmond Dwight C. Jones, members of the General Assembly and community leaders.
