Governor-McAuliffeGov. Terry McAuliffe issued the following statement on Attorney General Herring’s legal action to support clean air and clean energy in the Commonwealth.

“I applaud Attorney General Herring for standing up for the Clean Power Plan and the benefits it will bring to our environment and our economy. I look forward to our continued work together to make Virginia a leader in implementing the CPP by making clean energy technology a centerpiece of our efforts to build a new Virginia economy.”
