The third annual March for Meals was held on Saturday March 28. Approximately 35 walkers and runners participated in the 5K despite chilly weather and the threat of rain.
The event is held by the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi sorority at James Madison University as a fundraiser for the VPAS Meals on Wheels program. Over $900 was raised by the event.
A number of restaurant nights are held in conjunction with the 5K to raise additional funds.
