The Staunton Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating Tre Dachion Scott. On September 16, 2016 at approximately 1:00 am, a Staunton Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Scott. After being stopped Scott assaulted the officer and took off on foot.
Tre Dachion Scott, 25, of Staunton is wanted on the following charges:
- Felony, Assault and Battery
- Felony, Elude- Fail to stop when signaled
- Misdemeanor, Resisting Arrest
- Misdemeanor, Damage Property
