Chris Graham

mae youngThe Charleston Post and Courier reported today that WWE Hall of Famer Mae Young is in hospice care after being released from the hospital for treatment of ongoing issues with a kidney.

The kidney is in the process of shutting down, and Young is breathing with the assistance of an oxygen machine, according to the report.

“She’s had a good, long life,” former women’s champ Susan Green told Post and Courier columnist Mike Mooneyham. “But things start wearing out by the time you get to be 90. She’s lived an amazing life. If all of us could be so lucky.”
