Route 672, Dark Hollow Road remains closed in Nelson County as a result of recent heavy rain and damage to a structure.
The road is closed from the intersection with Route 673, East Branch Loop to the intersection with Route 724, Sleepy Hollow Road.
VDOT has evaluated options for the structure replacement and has started the procurement process. It is currently estimated that the road will be re-opened by mid-August.
