Staunton singer-songwriter Nathan Moore is headed to Telluride.

Moore is a finalist in the Telluride Troubadour Contest, a nationally-recognized competition for unsigned songwriters.

The Augusta County native is set to perform in the first round of the competition at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Lyons, Colo., on June 19.

The festival includes several big-name acts in addition to the competition – with names such as Arlo Guthrie, Ricky Skaggs and Bruce Hornsby on the bill.

Moore will be performing locally on May 24 at the Buffalo Creek Music Festival in Lexington and on May 30 at Queen City Brewing in Staunton.

Tour dates, bio, photos and more information available at www.nathanmoore.org.
