Lanes to close overnight on Interstate 64 near Charlottesville

Overnight alternating lane closures will be in place at the Interstate 64 bridge over Route 20 (Scottsville Road) in Albemarle County for deck maintenance work.

The lane closures will be in place Tuesday through Thursday nights between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. Weather permitting, the work is expected to be complete by Friday morning.

Motorists should use caution approaching the work zone and stay alert for workers and equipment near the travel lane. Expect brief delays.
