The members of Bath Community Senior Center kicked off a healthy and fit October last week by resuming their weekly Thursday visits to the Bath Community Rehab and Wellness Center in Mitchelltown.
Trainers Candice and Millie had Center members moving and grooving and even doing dance steps in time to Motown music. On October 7, the Bath members greeted favorite nurse Jackie Baughan from the Bath County Health Department and, in keeping with their “let’s stay healthy” trend, lined up to receive their annual flu shots.
As one member cheerfully observed, “We are so blessed to have Jackie–I didn’t even feel that!”
