“As my Senate colleagues and I prepare to welcome Mexican legislators to Washington next week for a meeting of the U.S.-Mexico Interparliamentary Group, it’s my hope that we can build on productive discussions that took place during the recent U.S.-Mexico High Level Economic Dialogue around issues including trade, immigration, and national security. I appreciate Vice President Biden’s commitment to strengthening the important relationship between our two countries and look forward to continuing the conversations he started in Mexico City earlier this month.”
