Jeremy Staubus at Performing Arts Center in Luray on Nov. 14

jeremy staubus1Jeremy Staubus, performing in Luray on Saturday, Nov. 14, will blow you away with his Johnny Cash-like vocals. His voice, combined with his songwriting ability, makes for one powerful entertainer—and an evening to remember.

Before he found his way to country music, Staubus began as a bass player for a rock band his brother started. After several years of being in the background on stage, Staubus took a vital step that spurred his songwriting and opened his eyes to country music. He began playing old country tunes with his grandfather on the front porch of his grandparent’s home in Virginia. With his grandfather’s encouragement and guidance, Staubus found himself in the thralls of country music.

Today Staubus plays all over the East Coast and Nashville area. He’s opened for country artists Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Easton Corbin, Danielle Bradbery and Jon Pardi to name a few.  Several of his songs, in fact,  have won regional songwriting awards. His talents have not gone unnoticed. CMG Nashville has signed him as a recording artist and sees a bright future ahead of him.

Central Shenandoah Valley lovers of good country/rock music get to hear this remarkable singer/composer on  November 12, at Performing Arts Center in Luray.  Tickets are  $15 for adults and $8 under 12 and can be purchased at Luray/Page County Chamber of Commerce, Luray Copy Service, Hunt and Peck, InstantSeats.com or at the door. Box office is open at 6:45p.m and show starts at 7:30p.m.   This event is sponsored by Marlow Ford.
