road-work-headerRoute 250 Business (Ivy Road) remains closed near the Route 29/250 Bypass for repairs to power and utility lines damaged early this morning.

Evening commuters are encouraged to seek an alternate route or follow the posted detour, which carries westbound traffic from Ivy Road to Route 29 Business (Emmet Street or Jefferson Park Avenue/Fontaine Avenue) to the Route 29/250 Bypass and back to Ivy Road. Eastbound traffic will reverse the detour.

The closure is expected to remain in place into the overnight hours.
