Home Instead Senior Care local office ranked tops by J.D. Power

The Verona office of Home Instead Senior Care was recently recognized by J.D. Power and Associates for receiving the highest scores in both Client and CAREGiver satisfaction among the 86 mid Atlantic region offices of the home care provider.  In the most recent PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) survey, Client satisfaction was rated at 89% and CAREGiver satisfaction was 86%.  These outstanding scores have also resulted in the office ranking #11 nationally in Client satisfaction.

Pam and Roger Boles are the local owners of the Home Instead Senior Care office which has been serving families in the communities of Augusta, Rockingham and Rockbridge counties with high quality care for more than 12 years.  The Staunton NewsLeader’s 2012-13 Fact Book identifies the company as the 10th largest employer in Staunton.
