Do you drive a Mazda Miata?

If you enjoy being behind the wheel of this sporty coupe, and find yourself drawn to others who share this passion, plan to join fellow Miata motorists for a Sunday afternoon cruise.

Hop in your classy chassis and meet by 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, at the Waterman Square parking lot, Rt. 33 west. We’ll leave promptly and drive to Franklin, W.Va., stop at an ice cream parlor on Rt. 220, continue on this scenic drive south to Monterey, stroll down Main Street if there’s sufficient interest, take Rt. 250 east – this stretch was made for Miatas – to Churchville and then Rt. 42 back to Harrisonburg. Expected travel time is approximately three hours.

There’s no hidden agenda, no fund-raising, no frills – just fun and camaraderie with fellow Miata enthusiasts.

This event will happen rain or shine – but preferably the latter – unless a monsoon hits the area.

Questions? Call Jim Bishop evenings, 540.434.6208.

Please spread the word and join the festivities.
