Harrisonburg: Gen. Clark to campaign for Obama Wednesday

Retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark will headline a town-hall meeting in Harrisonburg on Wednesday that will discuss Democratic Party presidential nominee Barack Obama’s plans to restore America’s leadership in the world.

Clark was the Supreme Allied Commander of Europe and NATO and commanded Operation Allies forces in Kosovo from 1997-2000. He ran for the Democratic Party presidential nomination in 2004.

The town-hall meeting is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. at Court Square Theater in Downtown Harrisonburg. Admission is free.
