The Waynesboro Generals season opener against the Rockbridge Rapids that had been scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday has been postponed. That game will now be played Monday, June 15, at 7 p.m. at Fishburne Military School Park at Kate Collins Field.
The first home game of the 2009 Generals season is now set for Sunday at 7 p.m. against the archrival Staunton Braves.
