EMU baseball coach Ben Spotts has announced Prospect Day 2014, set for Saturday, Oct. 25. The day is for baseball players in grades 9-12, giving them a chance to see the campus of Eastern Mennonite University, as well as receive some instruction from Spotts and his coaching staff.
The day includes a presentation by EMU Admissions and a campus tour in the morning. After lunch in the school’s cafeteria, players will receive offensive and defensive instruction from Spotts and his entire staff, followed by a game. Fee is $30 and includes a t-shirt.

In just his second season at EMU, Spotts coached the Royals to the most wins since 2002 and only the third 20-win season in program history.
