East Rockingham Senior Center operated business as usual during the month of September. Under the leadership of Center Assistant, Yvonne Shoemaker, the members continued to enjoy exercise programs, craft projects, music, games, and guest speakers. Special presentations included “Simple Ways to Cut Calories”, “Equipment for Activities for Daily Living”, and “Basic First Aid”.
Yvonne has done an excellent job substituting as Center Director during this time of transition. Center members are looking forward to having a new Center Director who will be starting in the next couple of weeks.
