Doswell: Campaign trail brings Sen. Tim Kaine to Virginia State Fair

Sen. Tim Kaine will visit the Virginia State Fair in Doswell this afternoon and kick off another weekend of campaigning for U.S. Senate.

Kaine celebrates 30 years in 2024 serving in public office in Virginia. His service began as a member of Richmond City Council.

He will be at the Virginia State Fair from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at 13191 Dawn Blvd., Doswell.

On Friday, October 4, 2024, Kaine will attend the Washington County Virginia Democratic Committee 4th Annual Donkey Day from 5:30 too 7:30 p.m. at 25236 Hillman Highway, Abingdon.

On Saturday, October 5, Kaine will attend the United Mine Workers of America’s annual Fish Fry with Congressional candidate Karen Baker from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Russell County Fairgrounds, 237 Donnie Dean Dr., Castlewood.

Early Voting has begun in Virginia. Election Day is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
