DCCU recognized for online banking excellence

Contributors

dupont-credit-unionA leading international provider of electronic payment and banking systems, ACI Worldwide, recently awarded DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) the 2014 Online Banking Excellence Award for DCCU’s seamless online banking system conversion last year.

In an effort to improve member satisfaction and provide next generation features, DCCU chose Architect Banking from ACI as its new online banking solution. Internal and external focus groups were also established to help shape an improved user experience.  Three months after launch, 80 percent of the DCCU’s legacy online banking users had switched to the new platform for its flexibility and ease-of-use, far exceeding goals.

“Online banking is an integral part of the DCCU member experience,” says Kim Dean, DCCU’s Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. “Making sure it provides the features and functionality our members need is important to us.”

ACI Excellence Award and Merit Recognition recipients were selected by a panel of judges comprised of ACI experts and leading global payments analysts. Winners were selected across ten categories and are based throughout the Americas, Asia/Pacific and EMEA.
