Bridgewater Grand Opening, Saturday, Sept. 19

First, the Bridgewater campaign office, located at 401 N. Main St., will host its grand opening on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. It’s a great way for citizens of the Valley to meet the candidate to talk about issues in state government that affect them. After a briefing, volunteers will be asked to split into groups and help canvass the area.

Staunton Grander Opening, Monday, Sept. 21

On Monday, Sept. 21, the Curren campaign will host the grand opening of its Staunton headquarters on the third floor of the beautiful-on-the-inside Witz building, third floor, 11 W. Beverley St., at 5 p.m. Refreshments will be served, and volunteers will be asked to help canvas with the candidate.

Ride with the Candidate, Wednesday, Sept. 23

Come cycle with the candidate! Cyclists, politicos and people who like to cheer at the end of rallies and races are welcome to enjoy a 20- to 25-mile round-trip bike-riding excursion around the backroads of the Staunton area on low-volume traffic byways with Democratic House of Delegates candidate Erik Curren.

Start at Black Dog Bikes, 121 S. Lewis St., ride the route, and come back for snacks and a talk with the candidate.

Non-riders are welcome to join us back at Black Dog Bikes at around 7:30 p.m. for snacks and a Q & A session with Erik.
