Comedian Bill Burr to perform at Paramount Theater

billburrwebComedian Bill Burr will perform at the Paramount Theater in Charlottesville on Jan. 24. Tickets for the show are $37 and can be purchased online at www.TheParamount.net.

Burr first gained notoriety for his recurring role on the second season of Chappelle’s Show and has developed a comedic style of uninformed logic that has made him a regular withLetterman, Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallon. On October 1, Bill released his third hour special, You People Are All The Same, for download exclusively through his website. The special is also available on Netflix in the U.S., Canada, Ireland and the U.K.

Burr returned again this summer in his recurring role as “Kuby” on the hit AMC-TV show, Breaking Bad. He  can be seen in the Paul Feig film,The Heat, alongside Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, which premiered on June 28. In 2014 Bill will be seen in Walk of Shame alongside Elizabeth Banks and in Black and White alongside Kevin Costner. He was seen with Al Pacino and Christopher Walken in Stand Up Guys, which premiered on February 1, and in the Steve Carell & Tina Fey feature, Date Night. He guest starred on Fox TV’s New Girl on March 26, was seen in an episode of Kroll Show on Comedy Central and contributed to the 2012 and 2011 ESPYS.
